Østnorsk Filmsenter/ Eastern Norwegian Film Center (ENF) is the regional funding center for film, games and interactive media in the Inland county of Eastern Norway.

ENF provides funding for development, production and co-productions for shortfilms, documentary, games and interactive media.

International projects may be eligible for funding if they have a co-producer based in our region, the Inland county, and demonstrate significant engagement of regional professional resources.

Please note that the regional co-producer needs to submit the application digitally via our RegPortal software.

In addition to funding, ENF works strategically with development, competence building and talent development of the regional industry, and serves as a link between regional stakeholders, the public support system, educational institutions and the professional industry.

ENF is funded by the Ministry of Culture and Equality through the Norwegian Film Institute and is a part of the national FilmReg network.

ENF cooperates with our partners Filminvest and The Eastern Norway Film commission.

Filminvest is the regional investment fund for audiovisual productions in the region Trøndelag and Inland County. Filminvest invests in commercial audiovisual projects with strong regional ties that bolster the local audiovisual industry, demonstrating high audience potential and a positive projected return on investment.

The Eastern Norway Film commission assists filmmakers and production companies with local insight, locations, information about financing and introductions to partners in Eastern Norway.
