About
We are Østnorsk Filmsenter / Eastern Norway Filmcenter (ENF)
– the regional funding centre for film and games in Inland County, Norway.
We offer funding for co-productions of short films, animation, documentary, games and interactive media if you have a co-producer in our region – Inland County.
We also arrange and fund events, workshops, and generally work to further develop the regional industry.
Please note that the regional coproducer has to submit the application digital via our Regportal software.
We work closely with the Eastern Norway Film Commission and the regional investment fund, Filminvest. See below for further details.

ENF is supported by the Ministry of Culture and quality and the Norwegian Film institute, and are part of the national FilmReg network.
Partnerships and collaborations
ENF cooperates with our partners The Eastern Norway Film commission and Filminvest.
Eastern Norway Film Commission assists filmmakers and production companies with local insight, locations, information about financing and introductions to partners in Eastern Norway.
Filminvest is the regional investment fund for audiovisual productions in the region Trøndelag and Inland County. Filminvest invests in commercial audiovisual projects with strong regional ties that bolster the local audiovisual industry, demonstrating high audience potential and a positive projected return on investment.
